Year began with growth

The load handling amount in the port of Ust-Luga in January grew by 11,3% in comparison with last year and made 8,1 million tons.

The general cargo turnover of ports of the Baltic basin in January, 2017 constituted 20,6 million tons. It is 12,2% higher than the same period of 2016. The Ust-Luga port is again  the leader in a growth in volumes.

According to association of the sea trade ports of Russia, the total turnover of seaports of Russia for the first month 2017 grew by 12,7%, in comparison with the same period of last year, and constituted 59,6 million tons.
